Device: Acer swift go 14 snapdragon x plus (Swift SFG14-01)
Acer sense version: 5.0.1898

Acer sense app is glitching. In my laptop it is only detecting battery but not detecting cpu usage and temperature.

I tried uninstalling it and installing arm version again from acer website, then it started detecting cpu usage, temps but stopped tracking battery.

After that I rolled back to a previous restore point. The problem is not fixed.

Hi, uninstall Acer Sense in Windows Add and remove programs and disable the services acSvc, acerAgentSvc, and similar AcerSvc services in Windows Services, reboot and install Acer Sense 5.0 from the Microsoft Store:

Thanks a lot @Puraw , this solution worked for me. Attaching the screenshot for the same.

Additional info if someone needs it:
I was unable to search AcerSense 5.0 directly in msft store, so I search via web browser, then installed it.

First, ensure that both Windows and Acer Sense are fully updated, as outdated software can lead to compatibility problems. If the issue persists, performing a clean installation may help—uninstall Acer Sense completely, restart your laptop, and reinstall the latest version from Acer’s official website.

The issue where AcerSense on the Swift Go 14 cannot detect CPU usage, temperatures, and battery simultaneously may stem from a variety of factors, including software conflicts, outdated drivers, or even specific AcerSense configurations. To troubleshoot, it's recommended to first ensure all Windows updates are installed, including optional updates, and that the BIOS is updated to the latest version. Additionally, checking for and uninstalling any conflicting software, particularly bloatware or third-party tools that monitor system resources, could resolve the issue. Finally, if the problem persists, reinstalling the ARM version of AcerSense might be necessary.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of potential solutions:

    1. Software Updates and Configuration:
      Windows Updates:
Ensure all Windows 11 updates are installed, including optional updates. This can be done through Windows Update settings.
      BIOS Update:
Update the BIOS to the latest version for your specific Swift Go 14 model. Acer usually provides BIOS updates on their website.
      Uninstall Conflicting Software:
Remove any unnecessary background applications or third-party monitoring tools that might be interfering with AcerSense.
      AcerSense Configuration:
Check AcerSense settings for any specific monitoring or optimization modes that might be affecting its ability to detect all data.
    2. Hardware and Driver Issues:
      Driver Updates:
Verify that all necessary drivers are up-to-date, including those related to CPU, graphics, and battery management. You can find these drivers on the Acer support website for your specific model.
      Battery Report:
Generate a battery report in Windows to check for any issues or inconsistencies with the battery health and usage. Use the command powercfg /batteryreport in the Command Prompt.
    3. Reinstalling AcerSense:
If the issue persists after trying the above steps, uninstalling and reinstalling the ARM version of AcerSense might resolve the conflict, especially if you're running a specific version of Windows.

To download the ARM version of AcerSense, you can visit the Acer Support website, navigate to the "Support" section, and search for your specific device model. On the device's support page, look for "Applications" or "Downloads," and then locate AcerSense. The download may be available as a zip file, which you'll need to extract and then run the setup application.

Steps to download and install AcerSense:-
Visit Acer Support: Go to Acer's support page.
Find your device: Type your device's serial number or SNID into the search bar.
Locate AcerSense: Scroll down and select "Applications," then find AcerSense.
Download: Click on the download link for AcerSense.
Extract and Install: Unzip the downloaded file, open the extracted AcerSense folder, and run the AcerSense setup application.
Follow the prompts: Follow the instructions in the setup wizard.
Launch AcerSense: Once installed, you can find and open AcerSense from your Windows menu.
Note: AcerSense may not be supported on all models, and some features may vary depending on your specific Acer device. If you can't find AcerSense for your model on the Acer Support site, it's likely not supported.
