Please install the latest versions of Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, and 2022.

    • Completely delete the Acer Care Center program.
    • Type %temp% in the search box of your computer and press enter.
    • Make sure that the folder that opens is "C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp".
    • Empty the folder, delete everything.
    • Then restart the PC.
    • Go to the Acer website, download and install the Acer Care Center program according to your computer model number.
    • and try the desired operation again.

If the problem persists, please install a clean Windows.

If there is no problem, press the "like" button and write my problem is solved.

The biggest reason why the problems are not solvedis if someone who says there is a problem with the GPU says; If I change the case, will the problem be solved? That's the whole point! The concepts are different! We should not go off topic.

Hi, I recommend not using Acer Care Center as it does not run well in Windows11, install AcerSense5 instead from the Microsoft Store

If the Acer Care Center freezes when clicking the Search button, try running the ACCStd.exe file as administrator, uninstalling and reinstalling the Acer Care Center, or updating drivers. Additionally, consider enabling Superfetch via Services Manager.
    Troubleshooting Steps:

    1. Run ACCStd.exe as Administrator:
Navigate to the Acer Care Center directory (C:\Program Files (x86)\Acer\Care Center).
Right-click ACCStd.exe and select "Run as administrator".
    2. Uninstall and Reinstall:
Uninstall Acer Care Center from Programs and Features.
Download and install the latest version from the Acer driver site.
    3. Update Drivers:
Check for driver updates through Acer Care Center or from the Acer support website.
    4. Enable Superfetch:
Open the Services Manager (press Windows + R, type services.msc, and press Enter).
      Find and double-click "SysMain".
Set the "Startup type" to "Automatic" and start the service.
    5. Other Solutions:
      Reset the battery or BIOS.
Try disabling other programs in the startup tab of Task Manager to see if they are conflicting.
Disable Quick Access and Nitro Sense if you have them.
Perform a hard reset of your laptop if necessary.

Without knowing even what laptop you have, we can only give very generic options. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like xxxxx-xxx-xxxx. It usually also helps to know what OS you are running, including the version.
