so I bought a laptop and decided I did not like it that much within a month got approved to return it and I returned it and now they are claiming they never received it so I am out of $1000. I dumbly do not have the FedEx tracking number for it so there’s pretty much nothing I can do right?

This is not an Acer problem, you have to contact FedEx and take it up with them with what happened to your laptop. Any product worth $1000 you should have kept the tracking number and the receipt of shipping that you got.

I would be onto FedEx and get their insurance to pay for your lost laptop, as no courier should lose a product that they are paid to deliver, FedEx have got insurance if they have lost your laptop. Good luck and I hope you retrieve your laptop asap.

Yes, FedEx should be able to provide you with your tracking number, assuming you know when you shipped it, who it was from and who it was going to.
