Hi, may I suggest to use Windows Reliability History and Event Viewer instead? Acer Care and Acer Sense don't run well in Windows11:

If the "Performance Overview" feature within Acer Sense on your Windows 11 device isn't working, you can try several troubleshooting steps. First, ensure your Windows 11 installation and all Acer-specific drivers (especially for lighting and motherboard) are fully updated. Restart your computer and check if the issue persists. If not, you can also try running the Startup Repair tool. If the problem continues, consider checking for conflicting software or utilities and reinstalling the PredatorSense app, potentially in Safe Mode, Acer Community. Finally, consult the Acer support website for specific solutions or updates related to your Acer model.
    Here's a more detailed breakdown:

    1. Update Everything:
      Windows:
Make sure your Windows 11 system is fully updated through the Windows Update settings.
      Drivers:
Update or roll back any drivers, particularly those for your laptop's lighting system and motherboard, via the Device Manager or the Acer support website.
    2. Restart and Repair:
Restart your computer. A simple restart can resolve temporary glitches.
Run the Startup Repair tool if the problem persists. This utility can often fix basic system issues.
    3. Check for Conflicts:
      Conflicting Software:
Identify any other software, utilities, or programs that might be conflicting with PredatorSense or controlling the RGB lighting. Try disabling or uninstalling them temporarily.
      PredatorSense Settings:
Double-check the settings within the PredatorSense app itself. Ensure the RGB lighting is configured as desired and that no conflicting settings are enabled.
    4. Reinstall and Safe Mode:
Reinstall: Try uninstalling and then reinstalling the PredatorSense app.
Safe Mode: If reinstalling doesn't fix the issue, try reinstalling the app while your laptop is in Safe Mode. This will help isolate any software conflicts.

First restart Acer Sense by closing the application, ending its processes in Task Manager, and relaunching it. If the issue persists, visit the Acer Support website to check for updates and install the latest version. If updating doesn't fix the problem, reinstall Acer Sense by uninstalling it from Settings → Apps → Installed Apps, restarting your computer, and reinstalling it from Acer's support page. Lastly, ensure Windows is up to date via Settings → Windows Update, as pending updates may resolve compatibility issues
