Recently went through a move and lost the power supply for my monitor. Ordered a replacement from Amazon but that didn’t work. Was hoping anyone can point me in the right direction ! Please and thanks !

There should be more letters and numbers after the QU, designating which specific model you have. Something like XZ323QU X3dbmiiphx. If you can't find one from the Acer store then we might be able to look up the specs…

(BTW the X3 model I use as an example doesn't use an external power supply, it only needs an AC cord.)

I believe this is the numbers your looking for , this is what I found in my product details when I registered the monitor @billsey

OK, that looks like it's one of the X3 versions. So, the full model number is XZ323QU X3xxxxxxx. It doesn't use a power brick, only a power cord to go from the monitor to the wall. It's a standard power cord described in the parts list as "POWER CORD 12.5A 250V 1.8M US BLACK", so 3 feet long. You can use a longer one if you want. The ends will look like this:

would be able to provide any links to that type of cord , I’ve been going through it this whole time thinking it was a brick style power supply. Ordering things to no avail

Typically when I need one of those, and can't find one at the house, I drop by my local thrift store and pick one up. They pretty much always have a bunch of them. If you want to purchase one online you search for "power cord". They should be well under $10…

I’ve tried that but the models of chargers I’ve come across don’t fit the port that is right behind the monitor. I’ve went through about 3 of them through Amazon.

The port for the power supply connector on your monitor looks like this. You can use a H05VV-F cord and plug rated 10 A/250 V.

So, you need to get a power supply cable like the one posted in the above response by Billsey.
