Im also having this wifi issue with my 13.3" S7! It will lose the internet connectivity randomly(every 1 to 2 hours).

It happened at my home and my workplace while my other wifi-enabled device still have internet access so I can confimed that the issue lies with the S7.

Another problem I have is the bluetooth problem. The Bluetooth mouse that come bundled with it will lost its connection every few hours, seems like the problem lies with the ultrabook itself and not the bluetooth mouse...

This Ultrabook is nice but its very irritating when you keep losing your internet and wireless mouse connection few times in a day..I may accept it if its a cheap laptop but not so for such an expensive high end ultrabook...

Acer is well know for its reliablity issue..I thought the problem will be gone for its high end line-up but sadly the reliablity issue still persist...

Acer must really look into this and fix this problem soon else they can forget about competing in the high-end ultrabook market..

    Same problems here.

Just upgraded to 10.0.0.217 (don't know what the previous version was) which made the problem 10 times worse. It now happens every few minutes. I am practically next to the access point, but I can confirm that the range is one of the worst I have ever seen.

I am also suffering from the bluetooth problem described by others in this thread, so cannot use the mouse that comes with it as it randomly stops working every few hours.

Also seeing duplicate keys problem reported by others, but I mainly use it with an external keyboard so not the end of the world.

Disappointed, I have been a happy Acer user for years, but this thing was seriously expensive.

I see some of you have upgraded to the 10.0.0.217 drivers and are still having an issue.  Can anyone try and confirm if the uninstalling the drivers completely before reinstalling produces any different results? Members in the W510 forum seemed to have more success with this approach.

No - tried about 4 different times - all pretty much ended up with about the same results..

Both 10.0.0.75 AND 10.0.0.217 were problematic.
