I have to constantly work from electricity, because the processes are running for 24 hours, I wanted to set a battery limit to protect it.
My model Acer Swift go 14 SFL14-51M does not have a charging limit function. This function is not active in the BIOS; it does not work in the Acer Sense application.
How can I protect my battery?

The excellent Swift Go SFL14-51M laptop is an Acer high end mobile platform that is designed to be used on the GO 😁 and should not be only used plugged into its adapter 24/7 like a desktop, as this laptop is not designed for that sort of an application. Btw, I've been using a Swift X SFX14-51G since 2023 and I only use it as a mobile platform and its an excellent and a very powerful and quick tool and I'm very happy with it as that is what it was designed for. Make sure that you have Win-11 24H2 and all its updates to the latest OS build: 26100.3915 installed.

But in saying that, the AcerSense 80% charging limit does nothing on these laptops as really you want to use the full battery power capacity when its in on a mobile platform and at 20% charge the battery gets charged by users anyway, I've been using laptops with their adapters plugged into the mains power 24/7 for over 16 years and no battery ever gave up on me and/or failed before their due change date which is between 3-4 years that a battery should be changed anyway.

So don't worry about this feature if you are using this laptop mainly plugged into mains power. What I suggest that you do every month, is to unplug the adapter from the laptop and use your Swift Go SFL14-51M until the battery depletes and the windows OS low battery warring comes on and then plug the adapter back in and do this every month to recycle the batteries charge. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Hi, Acer no longer includes 80% battery charge limiting option in firmware and programs as the concept of preserving/protecting a LI-Ion laptop battery from overcharging is a myth touted on the web and occasionally on this forum as well. I recommend leaving the USB-C charger and Power adapter plugged in 24/7 and keep the battery fully charged to 100% at all times.
