One letter of the laptop keyboard (Letter L) is bit hard and extreme left corner. It is not working smoothing, just bought Nitro V 15 days back. Kindly suggest what to do now?

Hi, the key cap may have some packing material trapped underneath, part/peal a bamboo toothpick lengthwise and wiggle the very thinnest part carefully under the cap while tapping the key with your other hand with the laptop turned off, remove any dirt trapped that way but don't lift the cap too much otherwise it will come loose from the hinge. A very thin strip of strong plastic may work also, avoid brushes as hairs may get trapped by the hinge and break that will be difficult to remove. Repeat the exercise each time booting the laptop to test the key.

First, gently clean the "L" key using a cosmetics brush to remove any dust or debris. Next, press the key several times to check if it loosens up. You can also run the Windows Keyboard Troubleshooter by navigating to SettingsSystemTroubleshootOther troubleshootersKeyboardRun, which may detect and resolve software-related issues. Updating the keyboard drivers through Device Manager might also help—simply expand Keyboards, right-click your keyboard, and select Update driver. Lastly, restarting your laptop could refresh system settings and restore smooth functionality.

If the laptop still has the warranty, you can go to the Acer service center and ask them to change the keyboard.
