Why is my NitroSense showing everything blank?updated both the drivers and windows, also reinstalled

I have updated both the drivers and windows. Have also reinstalled. Any idea what else I could try?

    Hi, what is the full laptop model and is the brick power adapter plugged in? What Windows version are you using W11 24H2? If the battery gets below 50% charge the game mode is locked to preserve energy and Nitro Sense may show blanks.

    Since you've already restarted your laptop, updated both Windows and drivers, and even reinstalled NitroSense, the next step is to focus on background processes that might be interfering. Open Task Manager and check if NitroSense is running in the background—if it is, end the process and try launching it again.

    Try these steps:

    1. Download the free version of Revo uninstaller and uninstalled nitro sense with it. It's important to let revo scan after uninstall because it'll find garbage files in registry that sense leaves behind and probably corrupts any new install. Let it clear those files.
    2. Go to Acer's website and download Nitrosense for your laptop. (If there's different version of nitrosense available then try them all one by one and check which one work for you)
    3. Extract folder and run Setup.exe
    4. Run Command prompt as Administrator
    5. type in the following and press enter (without the quotation marks): ".\lodctr.exe /R"
    6. Go back to the folder where you extracted Nitrosense
    7. Go into "Nitrosense V3.1" folder
    8. Run APPXBUNDLE file
    9. After that, Nitrosense immediately launched, and now it's back on my Taskbar, running every time I click on it.
