Is this a common issue? Acer Aspire Spin 14 saying "Aspire" has cracked but not fully broken.

I bought an Acer Aspire Spin 14. I have had it for almost 3 months. I keep it stored in a padded laptop sleeve and have never dropped it.

Unfortunately, the plastic sign saying "Aspire" has cracked but not fully broken.

I don't know how this came to be, and I'd like to get some help to see if anyone else has had this issue.

Send your Aspire Spin 14 whatever exact model it is back to Acer in your country under a warranty sticker and postal label in your country, as the case on these new laptops should not crack so soon and with such a new laptop.

Get this fixed under warranty as if your laptop is out of warranty Acer will not fix it as it will be considered as wear and tear that is your responsibility. There have been a few Acer laptops that their plastic material that the laptops were made from went bad and after a few years went pimply and/or cracked, so be careful and get this fixed now and under warranty. Good luck and hope this helps you out.

Which Aspire Spin 14 model do you have? Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SPx15-xxx-xxxx. Can you show us a picture of the problem? If the Acer logo is in the center bottom of the screen, it's where it would be very hard for it to get damaged.
