PLEASE HELP…….

i have recently purchased an acer SA322QK monitor as my secondary display and when its running it appears hazy..!! its connected to my brand new aspire s32 leaving me puzzled as to why this is…. Obviously I have tried all the settings via the OSD on the monitor and not had much joy and all the drivers on my pc are up to date… I'm relatively sure that its something simple that i've missed but just not quite sure what it is.

i had the same problem with my previous secondary screen which was a 19" Samsung curved display but that was corrected instantly via its OSD and turning off "eye saver mode"

i don't have that option with this display….. what am i doing wrong??

any help at this point will be much appreciated

jack.

Excessive screen time can overheat your monitor and cause a discolored or distorted display. One of the most common causes is an incorrect resolution which often leads to a blurred image, especially when using multiple monitors. An incorrect DPI setting can also cause the monitor to become blurry on Windows 11.

Swap displays to see if the issue follows the display or the port. From there it's a lot easier for us to provide help, since it could be the display itself, the cable in use or a the port off the GPU.
