Why is my updated RAM running at 24000MHz instead of 4800MHz?

Good afternoon, today upgraded my RAM from 16gb to 32gb. I upgraded to 2 Samsung M425R2GA3BB0-CQK cards] following the advice from my own post (https://community.acer.com/en/discussion/723700/i-want-to-increase-the-amount-of-ram-for-my-aser-predator-helios-neo-16-laptop/p1?new=1). At the moment in CPU-Z my RAM is running at 2400 MHz, while it may be at 4800, but I have not found a setting in the BIOS how to raise the frequency. At the same time in PredatorSence shows 4800 MHz. Can you give me some advice on how I can raise the frequency, whether it is worth it, what to pay attention to in order to avoid the worst outcomes. Thank you for your reply.
