Hi everyone, I'm quite desperate here. My Predator Helios 18 keeps crashing when using any GPU-intensive program. I've purchased the laptop on november last year, and all went well, until recently. I am a game developer (Unity) and my development environment crashes every 5 minutes. I tried with Unreal, and it's the same thing. And often I get BSOD.
Does anyone know what I need to tweak to avoid this? It's absolutely unacceptable that after paying 3grand for the laptop I am not able to even use it.

Thanks in advance for your support

What is your RAM size, try to add more RAM. Uninstall some of the pre-installed bloatware and programs that you don't use. Open Task Manager-Processes and click on the Processes column header, it will rearrange and show the Background apps, keep this below 80 and also disable the Startup programs you don't need. Use Best Power efficiency mode in Power & Battery settings as the system may be overheating:

Hi Thanks for the reply. First of all, I don't see why adding more RAM should be a solution. I have 32gb, should be more than enough. The point is this was not happenning before the re-installation, so probably the configuration was different somehow. Which drivers should I re-install downloading from the website? What is the BIOS configuration? Also, I read about the problems with Intel 13th and 14th gen, that f**k up and lead to crashes and BSOD. Could it be something related to it? I purchased the laptop anyways because "experts" said it doesn't happen on mobile chips as they use less voltage.
