This is typically caused by scaling settings on your graphics card or the monitor itself.

Here’s how you can fix it depending on your setup:
Use the buttons on the monitor to open the On-Screen Display (OSD) menu.
Look for, Aspect Ratio → Make sure it's set to "Full" or "16:9" (not “Original” or “Auto”).
OverScan / UnderScan → If available, make sure it's disabled or set to 0.

Fix Scaling in GPU Control Panel
Depending on your graphics card (Intel, NVIDIA, or AMD):
    Intel Graphics
Right-click on Desktop → Open Intel Graphics Command Center or Intel HD Graphics Control Panel.
Go to Display. Select your monitor. Make sure Resolution is 1920x1080.
Under Scaling, choose "Scale Full Screen".
Check the "Override Application Settings" if available.

    NVIDIA Graphics
Right-click on Desktop → NVIDIA Control Panel.
Go to Display > Adjust desktop size and position.
Select the correct monitor. Under Scaling, choose:
Scaling Mode: Full-screen. Perform scaling on: GPU, Click Apply.

    AMD Graphics
Right-click on Desktop → Open AMD Radeon Software / AMD Adrenalin.
Go to Display settings. Look for Scaling Mode: Set to Full Panel or Preserve aspect ratio depending on preference.
Also check for HDMI Scaling — drag it to 0% if it's off-center or has borders.

    Try Another Cable or Input
If you're using HDMI, try a different cable or port.
Try switching to DisplayPort if available. Sometimes HDMI cables trigger overscan settings that cause this issue.

If you're still having issues, let me know your graphics card model and connection type (HDMI or DP), and I can give you more targeted steps.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

I have no aspect ratio setting in my OSD. I did what you wrote in Nvidia control panel. My monitor limits to 500hz when I choose 540hz, probably cause I'm on windows 10. Is that the issue?

Please try adjusting the wide mode from OSD menu, system settings. Please check the 31st page of the user manual for this model Download

Windows Update could have incorrect display drivers . . .
Open Device Manager, Expand the Display Adapters Section, Right click your graphics card, choose properties, Right click on your display adapter, click 'Uninstall device'
Choose 'Delete the driver software for this device' then click 'Uninstall'
    Restart your PC
Open Device Manager, Select any device, and then click Action - Scan for hardware changes.
Windows should load a good driver for your Nvidia graphics card
Then, go to Start - Settings -> Update & Security,
Click Search for Updates, and install any available updates.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
