Hi, what Swift3 full model do you have, SF314-512? and what Windows update/upgrade did you install?

There is likely an update happening that isn't fully stable. Check on Acer's support site to see if you are running the last one they posted.

After a Windows 11 update, if your sound stopped working on your Acer Swift 3 (SF314-59-7567), you can try several troubleshooting steps. These include running the audio troubleshooter, checking the default audio device settings, and ensuring the audio drivers are updated or reinstalled, according to Microsoft Support.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of the troubleshooting steps:-

    1. Run the Audio Troubleshooter:
Go to Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters.
Click "Run" next to the Audio troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
    2. Check Default Audio Device:
Right-click on the speaker icon in the taskbar.
      Select "Sound settings."
Make sure the correct audio device (speakers or headphones) is selected as the default output device.
    3. Update or Reinstall Audio Drivers:
Open Device Manager (search for it in the Start menu).
Expand "Sound, video and game controllers."
Right-click on your audio driver (e.g., Realtek High Definition Audio) and select "Update driver" or "Uninstall device" and then try reinstalling the driver.
    4. Check Volume Settings:
Make sure the volume isn't muted or set too low.
In the "Sound settings" mentioned above, check the volume mixer to ensure no individual apps are muted.
    5. Turn off Audio Enhancements:
In the "Sound settings" mentioned above, select your default audio device and click "Properties."
Go to the "Enhancements" tab and disable all enhancements.
    6. Verify Windows Updates:
Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for and install any available updates.
    7. Try different audio formats:
If the problem persists, try playing different audio formats to see if the issue is related to a specific format.
