Acer Swift Go 16 Bluetooth keeps forgetting my devices or not recognizing them at all

I have an Acer Swift Go 16 Intel i7, new from Best Buy. The bluetooth keeps kicking my Logitech MX Keys keyboard off (forgetting it and making me repair) and does not recognize my mouse, so I have to use the dongle. I am about to return it short of a good solution.

What is the fill model number of your Acer shift Go16 SF16-XX-XXX?

To fix a non-functional Acer laptop touchpad, start by checking the FN key combination on your keyboard Press and hold the Fn key and tap the key F10 with touchpad symbol f that doesn't work, explore the Device Manager to update or reinstall the touchpad drivers. You may also need to check the touchpad settings in the BIOS
To change the touchpad or Bluetooth settings > Press the Windows key or select the Windows Start button > Settings > Bluetooth & devices or touchpad, and click the toggle under Bluetooth or touchpad to enable/disable it.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊
