My unit was just returned to me after I sent it to the service center. It now has a new SSD installed. However, the problem is that when I turned it on, there were no programs installed except for Windows. Applications like Predator Sense, DTS, NVIDIA, etc., were not restored—even after reformatting. Additionally, some of the files from the support page cannot be fully downloaded, such as DTS Ultra.
These apps should be installed on newly device. What programs you are looking for?
It seems the service center installed a fresh copy of Windows without restoring the pre-installed software.
Download the latest version PredatorSense and install it. Then download the Realtek audio driver from Acer's support page. Acer Downloads
Extract the driver files and run the setup.exe to install. After installation, locate the DTS Ultra files in the driver folder and install them manually using the provided batch files or appx packages.
Visit NVIDIA's official website to download the latest drivers for your GPU. Use the GeForce Experience tool for automatic updates.

type in your predator's serial number if you dont want to look at the bottom you can go into command prompt and type in WMIC bios get serialnumber highlight that number and hit enter on your keyboard an d it will put the serial number in your clipboard from there you can get the applications for your device you can also manually install the nvidia app
