Very disappointed we brought one and the hard drive is completely dead after 30 days!! Store has waited for it to be picked up and returned to be fixed(a week later still waiting!) - this should be a straight replace - if being repaired it should of been dealt with immediately am horribly disappointed with this service and cant believe that after 30 days it dies

    I understand how you feel, but these things happen. Perhaps the repair centre is busy, and you may be the bottom of the list!

     

    I know it's not acceptable for a brand new laptop to fail so soon, but give them a ring to see if they can advise on a return date...

    Fingers crossed it will be all sorted by the time we get back as away currently. I will also be getting cross with the store I dealt with as I feel they could have followed up a bit better
