This pc see's the bluetooth device and the device connects to the pc, But the audio will not ctransfer to the speaker which is a Bose Mini (Gen 1). I have also tried to connect this to a JBL Charge 5 with the same issue. The audio output device never shows the Bluetooth speaker at all. I dont know what is up, have anyone else ran across this issue using bluetooth? Any help would be great. Thanks

Try to refresh the BT driver in Device Manager and see if that works, if not then unstill the BT driver completely and install the oem BT driver for your Triton 300SE from the Acer support page, as that BT diver should work, otherwise you have an audio issue that needs the Realtek driver to be uninstalled and also uninstall the Intel and NVidia graphics and audio drivers with DDU uninstaller and then reinstall all these drivers again, as that should fix the audio issue in your BT. Good luck.

Bluetooth Driver Refresh - Go to Device Manager > Bluetooth > select whatever Wireless Bluetooth you have > right click the card Properties > Driver > Update Driver > Browse my computer for drivers > Let me pick from a list of available drivers on my computer > and then pick the last and most recent dated BT driver that is in that list, and reinstall that driver, as afterwards your BT should work

It's often not enough to just connect to the Bluetooth device, you also have to change the audio output to use that device, so it doesn't continue to use the builtin speakers. Sound settings…
