Hi, use the brick power adapter that comes with the laptop, not a USB-C charger or Power Bank.

What is your laptop model, like PHN16-71 and are you using Acer Care Center, Acer Sense or other battery monitoring software?

To potentially improve your battery life, you can try lowering the screen brightness and switching to the "Balanced" or "Power Saver" plan in Windows. Disabling unnecessary services and startup programs, as well as turning off Bluetooth and Wi-Fi when not in use, can also help conserve battery. Ensuring that your GPU and CPU drivers are up to date can optimize performance and efficiency. Additionally, regular battery maintenance, such as calibrating your battery and avoiding letting it discharge completely, can help.

The battery life of Acer Nitro laptops varies depending on the model and usage. Generally speaking, the Acer Nitro 5 has a battery life of between 5 and 8 hours, but when gaming, the battery life may drop to 2 to 3 hours. For a gaming laptop, this battery life is acceptable.
