Acer Swift Go 14-How can I solve the problem of random pixels appearing on my screen?

Hello, I bought an acer swift go 14 recently and 2 months later pixels started to appear randomly on the screen. I changed the update (took the ancient version of graphic card windows 11) and the problem disappeared. But at the next update the problem came back and is still present as more updates are done. I put a screenshot below.

Do you have any clue about it? Did someone get this problem too? What can I do?

Thanks for your help.

Can you maybe highlight the issue you are seeing in the image? The only thing I see that might be what you describe are the ray radiating from the top left corner… Or maybe black dots in the portion of the red button down at the bottom? That looks like a screen capture, or was it a picture taken of the display, like with your phone?

Hello, thanks to answer me. In fact, I have both appearing randomly on the screen: pixels and ray radiating too. The image is a screen capture. When I take the screen capture only the ray appear, I don't know why. I put another screen capture that I took while writing you this message. I took the second picture with my phone to show you the pixels that I see on the screen. They appear randomly, sometimes there are 4 like on the picture or as single ones. Some are black, red or green.

    Thanks again for your answer,

    Have a good day.

Did you try the latest graphics driver from Intel website?

If the artifact appears in a screen capture then we can say it is in what the system is sending to the display, not in the display hardware. First step at that point is a reinstall or update of the video drivers, as suggested. You say you have a Sift Go 14, but there have been a bunch of different models in that line. Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SFG14-xxx-xxxx. That would help us determine which GPU is being used, and which version of drivers is likely best.

If your Acer Swift Go 14 is displaying random pixels, start by checking for loose connections or a faulty display cable, and then try updating or rolling back your graphics drivers. If the issue persists, consider contacting Acer support or taking it to a repair shop.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of troubleshooting steps:-

    1. Hardware Check:
      Loose Connections:
Ensure the display cable (internal or external) is securely connected to both the laptop and the display. If you have an external display, try a different cable or port.
      BIOS Check:
Boot into your laptop's BIOS (usually by pressing F2, Delete, or Esc repeatedly during startup) to see if the issue persists there. If it does, it's likely a hardware problem.
      External Display:
Connect your laptop to an external monitor using HDMI or another display port to see if the problem is with the laptop's built-in display.
      Check for Damage:
Examine the display cable for any physical damage or loose connections, especially around the hinge area.
    2. Software Troubleshooting:
      Graphics Driver Update/Rollback:
Update: Go to Device Manager (search for it in the Windows search bar), expand "Display adapters," right-click your graphics card, and select "Update driver".
Rollback: If updating doesn't solve the problem, try rolling back to a previous driver version (also in Device Manager).
      Windows Updates:
Ensure your Windows operating system is up to date, as updates can include driver fixes.
      Check for Overheating:
Overheating can sometimes cause display issues. Make sure your laptop is not overheating and that the vents are clear of dust.
