If your BitLocker recovery key isn't showing up in your Microsoft account, it could be because the key was saved elsewhere, such as a USB drive, a printout, or in a different Microsoft account if the device was set up by someone else or if you use a work/school account

Accessing Microsoft Account for Recovery Keys:
Sign in to your Microsoft account: Go to account.microsoft.com/devices/recoverykey.
Locate the device: Scroll down to "Devices" and click "View details" for the device requesting the recovery key.
Manage recovery keys: Click "Manage recovery keys".
Follow prompts: Microsoft will likely ask you to sign in again.
Refer to Key ID: The BitLocker Recovery screen shows you which recovery key is required. Reference the Key ID from the BitLocker recovery event screen to locate the appropriate recovery key.

If you still can't find it:
If you've exhausted all options and still can't find the key, contact Microsoft support for further assistance.
If you use a work/school account, contact their IT department for help.
As a last resort, you may need to reset your device using one of the Windows recovery options, which will erase all data.

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

If your BitLocker recovery key isn't showing up in your Microsoft account, you should first check if the key was saved to your Microsoft account, a USB drive, or printed out when BitLocker was enabled. If not, you may need to contact your IT department or device manufacturer for assistance, or, as a last resort, reset your device, which will erase all data.
Here's a more detailed breakdown of what to do:-

    1. Check Where You Might Have Saved the Key:
      Microsoft Account:
Go to your Microsoft account settings and navigate to "Devices".
Select the device in question and click "View details".
Look for a section related to BitLocker and "Manage recovery keys".
If the key was saved to your account, it should be displayed there.
      USB Drive:
If you saved the key to a USB drive, plug it into your locked PC and follow the instructions.
      Printout:
Check if you printed the recovery key when you first activated BitLocker.
      File:
If you saved the key as a text file, you will need to use a different computer to read the text file.
    2. If You Can't Find the Key:
      Check with your IT department:
If your device is managed by an organization, contact your IT department for assistance in retrieving the recovery key.
      Contact your device manufacturer:
If you can't find the key and your device is not managed by an organization, contact the manufacturer for help.
      Reset your device:
If all else fails, you may need to reset your device using one of the Windows recovery options. This will erase all data on the device, so make sure you have backed up any important files before doing so.
    3. Additional Tips:
      Key ID:
If you have the BitLocker recovery key ID displayed on the BitLocker recovery screen, you can use it to retrieve the key.
      Save the key securely:
Once you have the recovery key, make sure to save it in a safe place, such as a password manager or a secure location on another device.
