Fan Control resets to Auto on Acer Nitro V15-41. How to deal with this problem myself?

Hello, when I opened my ANV15-41 laptop a day ago, I noticed that my fans started spinning like crazy. It usually happens if I leave the fan control at Auto, but I've noticed that fan control slider was at value of ~2600 RPM and yet it showed me the fans spinning at 5500 RPM. Down below I'll add a screenshot of Nitrosense app, where you can see slider at the very low value and a RPM that is inherent in the high value of the slider (5000+ is somewhere near 70% of the slider, as I remember).
I've noticed that custom fan control seems to work, but after a couple of seconds fans return back to the automatic speeds.
It's also worth mentioning that my touchpad has completely stopped working. But that's not such a big problem to me since I have an actively used usb mouse.

This happened all of a sudden, until a day ago there was nothing like this. I'm not sure which of my actions yesterday could have caused this behavior. Yesterday I made one registry change following a guide from the web to get the old context menu from Windows 10 back. I rolled back the registry changes, but it didn't help me solve the cooler problem. I didn't dig into drivers, Nitrosense settings or anything else.

Steps I've tried to fix this issue:
- Reinstalling nitrosense
- Using NoteBook Fan Control
- Reinstalling NVIDIA GPU Driver
- Installing touchpad driver made by acer

It would be great if I could get some info on how to deal with this problem myself.

Make sure that you have the last ANV15-41 bios version 1.15 installed and also all the Win-11 24H2 updates to the last OS build: 26100.3476 first, then as you have got the last NVidia graphics driver and the last NS driver installed I would do a reset at Settings > System > Recovery > Keep all the files and see if the NS performs 100% without changing its settings, also uninstall the NoteBook Fan Control as you don't need that 3rd party software. Try all that and let us know.
