AV15-52-Prod. registration not completed, process was slow,at some point redirected to "US-EN” site.

I tried to register my new laptop (Acer Aspire Vero AV15-52), which I bought in Hungary, on the Hungarian Acer website. The process was slow and cumbersome, and at some point, I was redirected to the “US-EN” site. Something must have gone wrong in the registration process because I did not receive any confirmation about the registration. When I try to log in with my email address and password, as I did during the registration, I see the device, but when I try to look at my profile, it denies access to it. There was one time when I could see my name and details for a split second, then it denied access as usual.

The Acer support page only provides contact information for the service department, but they do not deal with such commercial issues. Who should I contact for a solution (email address, phone number)?
