I have a new Dell I5 with windows 11 pro on it There are no drivers to download. Windows says the proper drivers are installed, yet nothing shows up with the other HID files What do I do? I have been trying everything that I have read or have been told.

Please make sure to connect your monitor to a PC with HDMI or VGA as well as USB cable to enable touch functionality in Windows. If needed you can download the drivers Acer T232HL drivers

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

The monitor came with a USB cable to connect the touchscreen to the computer. Is it attached?

Check the arrow next to [Human Interface Devices]③, then right-click [HID-compliant touch screen]④ and select [Enable device]⑤. If the Enable device option does not display, it means the touchscreen function is already enabled, please continue to the next step. Reinstall the touchscreen driver.

Start by ensuring you have correctly installed the latest drivers specific to your laptop model. Manually download and install these drivers, as manufacturer-provided drivers may address compatibility problems even if Windows indicates they are up to date. Next, open Device Manager and enable hidden devices by selecting View > Show Hidden Devices. This will reveal any inactive or hidden devices
