Sure, those look like the correct cables. You should already have mounts for a HDD and SSD:
If installing a 2.5" drive there, you use an adapter bracket for 3.5" to 2.5".
From there you reverse the process to reinstall, cabling should be somewhat obvious.

Hi. Ok Great I did not realize their is a 2.5 inch bracket underneath. So now I am wondering if I can actually add 3 more drives.
If I use this bracket(you mentioned) and I use a black metal adapter bracket for 3.5" to 2.5" hdd, which will hold 2 x 2.5 in hard drives. Going to try it. Thank you.

Finally received the cables(1st order lost in transit), Reordered from an acer recommended site =
Also had this in my laptop and re-installed in the Veriton cd slot and thus was able to add a 2.5 HDD, 1TB.
Used a 2.5 to 3.5 hdd bracket and installed 2 x 2.5, 2 TB each, hard drives underneath the 3.5 hdd bracket.
Bought a 3.5 hard driver, 3TB, from www.provantage.com
So in the end I was able to add 4 extra hard drives.
Side view image below. Thank you for all the help.

Since this message board was so helpful I Thought I would check if you have any ideas as to how to fix issue. Last night I shut down this acer veriton and un plugged it. Had bad thunderstorms coming. Today I plugged it in and turned it on. Nothing happened. Will not power on. Fan not coming on. Tried different power cord. Nothing. Opened cover to check for lose connections and no loose connections. Any suggestions? Thank you
I posted the question here

First verify there is power to the wall socket, it's possible that may have failed during the storm. Try plugging something simple like a light into it to verify… If there is power then we will want to dive into diagnosis…

Hi Thank you for the suggestion. I have tried a different outlet. I believe the PSU has failed. I am not sure as I believe the PSU maybe shorted the motherboard. I tried a new PSU and when I press power button, the fan on the cpu spins for a few seconds then stops.

Problem solved. Issue was power supply. The first power supply I purchased was defective. I purchased the this same computer used from ebay. I used the power supply from the ebay purchase and all is well. Computer booted right up and ll seems to be working good.
