Your new PHN16-72 laptop needs to be setup properly first, as the fans should not be spinning at high rpm's at idle, only when you perform high end cpu/gpu task and in gaming. If the laptop still overheats and its gpu fan is vibrating and oscillating then send your PHN16-72 laptop to Acer Tech Support in your country so that Acer can fix this issue if the below steps are taken and don't fix this issue..

Make sure that you have updated to bios version 1.16, also make sure that you have all the Win-11 24H2 updates done to OS build: 26100.3476 and also install the NVidia GeForce Experience software if you play games and this also assist you to have the latest Game Ready NVidia gpu driver for your RTX 4050 gpu.

Also and if you have the oem 16GB total ram, I suggest that you upgrade the ram to at least 32GB or preferably 64GB DDR5-5600MT/s CL46 type ram as all this helps in your laptop to not max out and overheat to use its fans to compensate for the overheating and always spin. I speak from personal experience as I’m using the PHN16-71 with the 13th Gen cpu and the same RTX4050 gpu and I’ve upgraded the ram to 64GB and the laptops seems to work allot cooler and more efficiently with this high amount of ram. God luck and hope this helps you out
