What is your laptop model number, as that is important before we can give you an accurate solution. Try to uninstall the Realtek and Intel and NVidia (if your Acer PC has one) drivers completely and reinstall them all as those drivers govern your audio and they could be corrupted and giving that unusual sound. Good luck.

The audio issues you're experiencing, specifically the noise when plugging in your charger, earphones, and mouse, could stem from a few potential causes, including loose connections, faulty components, or even audio enhancements interfering with the sound.

Check Device Manager for driver issues and update or reinstall USB, audio, or peripheral drivers if needed. Disable "Device Connect" and "Device Disconnect" sounds in the Sound settings to temporarily stop the noises. Test connected devices like your charger, earphones, or mouse on another system to rule out hardware issues. Update the BIOS and relevant drivers via the Acer support page to address compatibility problems. Lastly, ensure the charger is compatible and try a different outlet if the sound occurs when plugging it in.
