We had to replace a broken hard drive on an Acer Swift1. The install will not see the hard drive, I've looked for the RST drivers to add to the install, but none are working with this laptop. Any Ideas?

    Hi @mcoops

It could be incorrect BIOS settings, a loose connection with the SSD, or potential incompatibility between the SSD and your specific Swift 1 model'.

What model of Acer Swift 1 do you have? (e.g., SF114-32)
What type of SSD did you install? (SATA or PCIe NVMe)
Did you encounter any error messages during boot?
Have you made any recent hardware changes besides the SSD replacement?

I hope this helps! If this was useful, please hit 'Yes' or 'Like'! Thanks! 😊

Which Swift 1 model do you have? There have been a lot of different ones over the years! Your full model number is usually on the same sticker as your serial number, it should look something like SF1xx-xxx-xxxx. Needless to say, if yours is AMD based there will be no IRST drivers, since that's an Intel thing…
