A few months ago, I upgraded to Windows 11 from win 10. After that upgrade Port C is not working. I tried many options like, in device manager disable, reinstall, etc. But no use of it. I don't know how to sort it? Any one please help me to sort it out.

What is your Swift 3 model, look at the back of the laptop for a label something like SF314-52-557Y, if this is the 2017 Swift model it doesn't have TPM2.0 and the 7th Gen CPU is also not Windows11 compatible.

If your USB-C ports are not working in Windows 11, try the following steps to fix: Update your USB-C port and BUS controller drivers. Check your power management settings to ensure your USB-C ports are not turned off. Check your USB-C cable to ensure that it is not damaged or incompatible.
