Hello, I have an ACER ASPIRE 3, model A315-42-R4FJ. I want to upgrade the RAM and add an M.2 NVMe SSD, but I’m not sure how many GB my laptop supports.

The laptop has a single M.2 NVMe slot, and I’ve seen that a 500GB SSD might be compatible. Regarding RAM, the laptop currently has 12GB, and I read that it supports up to two 16GB modules.

Is this correct? I don’t want to make a purchase and then realize that the components are not supported.

Your laptop supports up to 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, with two memory slots available. This means you can install two 16 GB RAM modules
