Tried to register my new Swift Go 16 it says already registered but my isn't in my devices list

Hello, how are you?

I click on register new product and I enter S/N number…but it claims it's already registered. I tried the SNID number…and it again claims it's already registered.

I checked my registered devices and it isn't listed there.

How is this possible and what do I have to do to register this laptop?

    There might have been an error during the initial registration process. Sometimes, attempting to register the same product multiple times can cause this issue.
    Double-check the serial number (S/N) and SNID to ensure they are entered correctly without any typos.
