AN517-55 Nitrosense 4.0 not working, Can someone explain how my laptop isn't compatible?

So i wanted to download Nitrosense 4.0 because 3.1 is just awful. it says that V15 and V16 models are supported aswell as Nitro 5's from 2023. My Nitro 5 was built in December of 2023.. can someone explain how my laptop isnt compatible? its a software so how is that even possible?

What is your laptops exact model number, by your question and you saying that its a 2023 Nitro 5, it sounds that your Nitro 5 is the AN515-58 model. The last NS that Acer updated and its compatible with your laptop, is the NS version 3.01.3052_20230420 only, don't go looking at other and newer Nitro models to update NS as they will NOT work and are not compatible with your AN515-58 laptop. No. I have an AN517-55.

The NS is the same for your AN517-55 model too, which is the version 3.01.3052_20230420 above, so install that.
