Temperatures are still OK, but you may want to change the Power mode in Power & Battery" settings to "Best Power Efficiency" and turn off Turbo Boost in Predator Sense to cool things down a bit. Also check what is running at the background, open Task Manager-Processes and check how many apps are running at the background using your resources constantly, if more than 80 uninstall a bunch of programs you don't use like bloatware, 3rd-party browsers-virus checkers and trial programs, also disable the Startup programs in task Manager you don't need.

Thank you for your response I did everything you put still have not helped and I only use balance or performance mode on low or recommended graphics settings definitely disabled many apps at start up and whe I research online averages should be 65 to 85c with occasional spikes of 90 and above on ultra modes and mine averages late 80s to late 90c cpu and my laptop well ventilated..think I just might have a busted laptop smh!!

The laptop is heating up because most probably the its running on at its full speed with no power saving turned on when plugged. Its also charging the batteries which can also cause the laptop to heat up. Just make sure to check the vents of your laptop if there's hot air coming out.
It is quite normal for the laptop to heat up, since the internal electronic components may generate heat while the laptop runs, especially during power-intensive operations such as charging, updating, gaming, etc. If you have an air-conditioned room, preferably use the laptop in there. If the room is not air conditioned, make use of a ceiling or table fan along with a laptop cooling pad. Laptop cooling pads have fans in them which help flow cool air keeping your laptop cool all time.
