Check if the graphics card (GPU) has been installed correctly according to manufacturer's instructions and verify that the PCIe power connections are properly connected and secure. If feasible, reseat the graphics card or perform a swap test with a known working GPU or system to verify stability.
Open AMD Radeon Settings or control center. Select Preferences, then Radeon Additional Settings. Expand Power and click Switchable Graphics Global Settings. Select High performance for the Graphic Setting.

    Hi,

If your AMD Ryzen graphics are not working, follow these steps to troubleshoot and resolve the issue:

    Check Physical Connections

Ensure your monitor is properly connected to the correct port on your PC.
If using a dedicated GPU, make sure the monitor is connected to the GPU and not the motherboard's integrated port.

    Update or Reinstall Graphics Drivers

Step 1: Uninstall current AMD drivers.

Press Windows + X > Select Device Manager > Expand Display Adapters.
Right-click your AMD graphics driver > Select Uninstall Device > Check Delete the driver software for this device > Restart your PC.

Step 2: Download the latest AMD drivers.

Visit the official AMD Driver Support page.

Enter your Ryzen processor details and download the latest driver.

Step 3: Install the driver and restart your PC.

    Enable Integrated Graphics in BIOS

Restart your PC and enter the BIOS/UEFI (usually by pressing F2, Delete, or Esc during boot).
Look for an option like Integrated Graphics or iGPU Multi-Monitor and ensure it is Enabled.
    Save changes and exit.

    Check Windows Display Settings

Right-click on the desktop > Select Display Settings.
Ensure the correct display is selected and the resolution is set properly.
If the display is not detected, click Detect.

    Run Windows Updates

Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
Install any pending updates, as they may include fixes for graphics-related issues.

    Check for Conflicting Software

Some third-party software (e.g., overclocking tools or conflicting GPU utilities) can cause issues.
Temporarily disable or uninstall such software to see if it resolves the problem.

Test with Another Monitor or Cable

If possible, test your system with a different monitor or cable to rule out hardware issues.

    Reset BIOS/UEFI Settings

If the issue persists, reset your BIOS/UEFI to default settings.
Enter BIOS/UEFI > Look for Reset to Default or Load Optimized Defaults > Save and exit.

    Contact Support

If none of the above steps work, there may be a hardware issue with your Ryzen processor or motherboard.
Contact Acer Support or AMD Support for further assistance.
