I've been having an issue with my Acer 24-1651 PC. The built-in display is showing only vertical and horizontal lines with colors, but my external monitor is working just fine. Do any of you know what might be causing this? Is it an LCD issue or something else?

    Hi,
Could you please try these one by one:
1.Connect the laptop to an external display like TV or another PC with a HDMI cable and see whether it looks the same.
2.While these lines appear move the panel to different positions and check whether there are any changes.
You can visually check the cable for any damage but most probably you might have to replace the panel.

It's probably hardware issue related to your LCD damage or its display cable. You can confirm this by booting into your laptop bios. If this issue is there as well then it's hardware issue that I said in starting.

Visit acer service center for repair if you want to as most of people don't use laptop screen when they have external monitor. If you are under warranty then you may not have to pay.

Although not a laptop, the suggestion about booting to the BIOS is still valid. If the BIOS screen comes up normally we know the hardware is likely working and the problem is what Windows is trying to do with the display.

Thanks For Everyone Who support me. I've Connected to External monitor and It's Working Fine. Cable Also Looks Good. I Think This is probably panel Issue.
