Hey guys, I am desperately seeking advice before I giveup. I will be gaming, watching youtube or even idling and my computer will freeze nothing will work not even crtl alt delete I will have to hold the power button and hard reset it.
I have reinstalled windows/formatted.
Reviewed & updated all drivers, BIOS etc.
Dissassembled the whole computer, cleaned out dust, updated cooler and redid thermal paste.
I am lost as to what could be causing this the only thing left could be my PSU.

    I have a Nitro 5 AN515-55.

    Following is my pc specs

    • I7-10750H
    • nvidia GTX 1660 TI
    • 32 GB RAM
    • 1x 1tb drive (primary boot drive)
    • 2x 2tb drive (secondary drive)

I started seeing this when I upgraded my Windows from 10 to 11.

After going through many forums, youtube channels, first I thought it was a power or hardware issue.

I have attempted all the followings as per advised from what I have gathered.

    • replaced the battery
    • Buying a new power adapter
    • sfc /scannow
    • chkdsk /f /r

    Nothing worked.

It is a Windows 11 issue. After rolling back to Windows 10 PRO, I don't see that issue anymore.

Acer will need to contact Microsoft and come up with a new update.

Do this first, disconnect the power from the main outlet that the desktop is plugged into, take the bios battery out and do a CMOS reset (see below) and see if the desktop fires back properly, also go through all these steps and see if these steps fix the error 41 "How to fix Kernel-Power Event ID 41 Critical Error" if all this does not fix the freezing issue with your desktop then its the mainboard chipset that is faulty as that governs allot of these commands of the desktop. Best is to buy a new board as they are not too expensive.

    Reset CMOS N50-600 desktop

New board for the N50-600 desktop

    Hello @StevenGen

I have performed as per details in your link.

Windows 11 is still having an issue.

I have another technical blog, it appears this is an issue with Windows 11 OS.

My Windows 10 rollback is working as per normal. No Kernel 41 error
