Hi, the only way is by upgrading the RAM on your Acer Nitro AN515-57. The laptop supports up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM, you can't replace the dGPU as it is soldered on the motherboard. If you have a MUX switch in BIOS, you can turn off the dGPU card. Power off your laptop completely. Power it on and press the F2 key as soon as the Acer logo appears to enter the BIOS setup. Use the arrow keys to navigate to the Advanced tab. Select the Display mode and change it from Optimus to Discrete GPU only. Go to the Exit tab and select Exit Saving Changes.

In BIOS Advanced screen not in the Nvidia panel, press Ctrl+S to see the Display mode, if you don't see that you don't have a MUX switch, all you can do is add more memory and windows will proportionally allocate more VRAM. You can also set priority to the Integrated GPU in the Nvidia control panel, but that won't completely disable the dGPU.
