I didn't find any TPM references or device in my PC. Is it possible to download in order to install Windows 11?

Sorry, TPM is a chip on the motherboard not firmware, to check if your laptop has the correct TPM2.0 chip for W11 not TPM1.2 press Windows key + R and type tpm.msc and press Enter or if no Windows key run it in the command prompt and check the bottom line (red box, picture)

The Aspire M5-583P is NOT a Win-11 compatible laptop, the Aspire M5-583P is compatible with Win-10 latest January 14, 2025—KB5049981 (OS Builds 19044.5371 and 19045.5371) which your laptop should have this windows update and have also the last bios version 2.30 (see here for all drivers for your laptop that have been discontinued by Acer) as your laptop is close to an 11.5 years old laptop released on the 2013-08-07 and its cpu is an Intel 4th Gen cpu and its security TPM chip is not compatible with Win-11 OS.

A compatible Win-11 PC needs a minimum Intel 8th Gen cpu and a TPM version 2.0 to be compatible with the genuine Microsoft Win-11 operating system. If you look on the windows update page of your Win-10 OS, it states that your laptop is not compatible with Win-11 and that if you want a Win-11 PC you should click on that Microsoft link provided on that page for their suggestions. Get one of the new Aspire 15 A15-51P / A15-51PT / A15-51M / A15-51MT with Win-11 / Gen 4 x4 M.2 SSD drive / 16GB or 32GB soldered LPDDR5-6400 MT/S type ram / with integrated Intel® Graphics with a Max Dynamic Frequency of 1.3 GHz that will be an excellent upgrade to your Aspire M5-583P laptop that you have. Good luck and hope this helps you out
