Please refer to the below thread and try the suggested steps given and let us know the status.

You have two M.2 NVMe Gen 4 slots, so you can add another M.2 NVMe Gen 4 SSD in the second slot, or you can upgrade the current M.2 SSD to a larger SSD. Crucial recommends up the 4TB NVMe Gen4 SSD: I would install a Gen4 Samsung 980 Pro up to 4TB.
