If so, how can it be done?

The front of my case is getting quite a lot of dust build up and there doesn't seem to be any way to get to the front of the fans to clear it out.

I noticed that the fans could have only been screwed in with the front panel taken off too.

    There's a lot more listed there than needed. The key is first if you have a DVD drive, pull it out, then pull it off from the bottom, being aware of the wiring and plastic hooks at top.
