My aspire 7 did not come with fingerprint sensor on touchpad but few other same model laptops have this option and when i search for replacement I get the option with fingerprint sensor. Will fingerprint sensor work if I install this on my laptop.

Make sure that your laptop has this fingerprint connector.

The Acer Aspire 7 A715-75G comes with a fingerprint sensor. It is typically located on the touchpad, appearing as a small glossy square at the upper left-hand corner of the touchpad. If you bought a replacement touchpad with a fingerprint sensor (small square) it should work, note that the 715-41g series don't have a fingerprint sensor: Fingerprint sensor in Acer Aspire 7? — Acer Community

NH.Q97SI.001/NH.Q97SI.004 this is the model number of my laptop, it does not have a small square on upper left hence I wanted to replace the touchpad which comes with it.

Also I was wondering if it comes with rgb keyboard so I can replace both at once

Yes it has this connector which was blank, thankyou. If when I upgrade do I need to make any changes in bios or install drivers or it will detect the new hardware automatically?

It will detect the fingerprint device right away. If not, you can go to the support site and install the driver.
