Aspire A515-44-I can't get past the 0xc000000e error& the F1, F8 and the enter keys doesn't work

I have an Acer Aspire A515-44 and I can't access my pc the F1, F8 and the enter key doesn't work only esc.

    If you have another computer and an USB, use them to create a Windows installation media.
