Running Windows 11 on a Dell Micro, headphone jack works but the speakers in the monitor do not work. Rebooted computer and monitor, driver is updated, sound is up, does anyone know a solution or do I have defective speakers on this brand new SA322QU?

Please try each below if the monitor has a Built-in Speaker.

    1. Unplug the display/HDMI cable
      then power reset the computer.
Press the power button for 10 seconds to turn off
then unplug your power adapter for 30 seconds
      then plug your adapter.
      then start your computer.
Then try to plug in the Display/HDMI cable.
Select the monitor audio as your output device.
    2. Press Windows key + X
      then select Device Manager
Expand Sound, video, and game controllers
Then right-click on your monitor audio driver
      then select Uninstall.
      Then restart your computer.
Select the monitor audio as your output device.

SA322QU just tells the model series of the monitor, not the specific build. Can you give us the first ten digits of the S/N? That will allow us to look and see if there are speakers included in your version.
