Acer Swift 3 SF313-53 Compatible with Win11?

I've been wondering if my Swift 3 can take Win11 and when I go into the Update Manager under Windows10, it says for me to go and look up my system to see if it is compatible or not as it isn't giving me an option for an upgrade. The model is Swift 3 SF313-52 with 16 gigs of ram. Can anyone let me know if it is compatible and if so, why Win10 doesn't show it is upgrade ready? Would I need to go to a Microsoft site to DL Win11? Not sure of the next step. Thanks

That's great - how do I go about upgrading from Win10 to Win11 when the Update Tool in Win10 doesn't give me the option to upgrade? All it says is for me to go check with the manufacturer website to see if I can upgrade. Other systems I have at home show me the option to upgrade, but on the Acer it does not.

The Acer Swift 3 SF313-52 is compatible with Windows 11. If the Windows 10 Update Tool isn't giving you the option to upgrade to Windows 11, you can manually upgrade. Visit the official website and download the Windows 11 Installation Assistant. After downloading, open the Windows 11 Installation and follow the on-screen instructions to upgrade your system. Before proceeding with the upgrade, it's a good idea to back up your important files.

Acer hasn't yet released driver support for Windows 11 for the SF313-53 models, so there is likely something in the hardware that doesn't have stable support yet. Best is to wait for either Acer to put W11 drivers up for the model or for Microsoft to offer it to you though Windows update. You can go ahead and update manually, but there is likely going to be something that either doesn't work, or works intermittently.
