Hello, I installed a Vi560 S3 SATA III M.2 2280 Internal SSD from Verbatim with a capacity of 2TB into my laptop. It won't show up in BIOS nor anywhere else. The drive was correctly installed in the secondary slot, so my question is regarding compatibility. Is this drive compatible with the laptop? And if it is, how could I solve the issue?

Did you check if the slot shows nvme or sata? unless a port supports both, you cannot swap them out.

Your laptop has PCIe M.2 NVMe slot and SATA will not go into it.

How do I check it? There is no sticker. My laptop has two slots, There is a NVMe SSD in the primary slot (from the factory), now I'm trying to install another SSD into the second slot.

if there are m.2 slots, the one that takes SATA will have SATA written on it - this is what it said on my Nitro with 2 m.2 slots. If it does not say SATA, in all possibility, it will not accept SATA.

Well, there is no SATA written on it, so I guess I'll try NVMe drive then.
