How do I turn off grayscale in Acer Nitro ED320QR monitor? I'd appreciate it if you decided to help.

Let me explain. So my main monitor (Acer Nitro ED320QR) is hooked up to my gaming laptop (Acer Nitro 5) and I have the displays extended. I accidentally turned on grayscale and I haven't got a clue what buttons I pressed to turn it grayscale. But here's the problem. The grayscale has only affected my main monitor and not my gaming laptop. And it doesn't seem to be such a simple problem as checking accessibility or settings and turning it off through that as I've tried before but to no avail. I'd appreciate it if you decided to help me.

To go to the Accessibility settings on your computer, press the Windows logo key+U or select Start > Settings > Accessibility .Select Color filters .Turn the Color filters switch on. Select a color filter from the list. Try each filter to see which one suits you best. You can also Turn Off the Color filters if not needed.

Use the on-screen display (OSD) menu on your monitor to ensure that grayscale mode is turned off. Additionally, access the NVIDIA Control Panel or Intel Graphics Settings on your Acer Nitro 5 and disable grayscale mode there.
