What part number to add to my 8G installed memory? The photo doesn't show the data info on the memory stick even if magnified. I have already bought two wrong memory 8G and w/o success.

Thus, I request exact part number/brand to add to my existing 8mg memory on my Acer desktop TC1775, UR-11. The scan applications can't identify my computer exact memory. I've tried several. Wierd.

    Hi @Jack22 ,

There is a mistake in the document. The frequency of original memory modules is 4800 MHz and the Intel i5-14400 specifications also state DDR5 4800 MHz so the right frequency is 4800 instead of 5600.

They spec 4800, but used 5600 instead on the later builds, due to supply line issues with the slower speed. They all run at the speed the chipset supports, 4800 MT/s.
