Any way to reach out to Head of India grievance? customer support

I recently submitted my off-warranty Acer Predator Helios laptop to a Bangalore (India) authorized service center for repair as it wasn’t turning on. After the service, the laptop now powers on, but I noticed the graphics card is not being detected.

The service center technician did not inform me about the nature of the issue or what repairs were carried out. I was simply told to collect the laptop once it was "repaired." However, when I went to pick it up, I discovered the graphics card was not showing up.

This was not a problem before I submitted the laptop for repair, as the graphics card was functioning perfectly.

I have also reached out to the Acer mail support team, but they seem unaware of this situation and have not provided any clarity or resolution.

I am deeply concerned that this issue might have been caused during the repair process.
Can anyone help connect with their head of grievance?

If you took the laptop to an authorized Acer repair center and if the gpu is not showing up and working after they worked on your laptop or even before, Acer has to fix all the gpu problems as its covered under warranty! Take the laptop back to that Acer service center as Acer needs to fix your laptop 100% of all faults as its under warranty.

Usually if a gpu can't be detected it could be that the gpu is faulty and gpu's on these laptops can't be changed and/or fixed, as what needs to be done is for the mainboard to be changed with a new board, don't ignore a warranty problem like this, as an i7-14700HX/RTX4070 mainboard for just the plain Predator PH16-7x model laptops (as the PHN16-7x Neo are even more expensive) is very expensive and if the warranty expires then you will be up for 3.5 million plus Indian rupee, just for the board without labor fitting this board 😁 so insist that Acer warranty fixes this problem 100% asap for you. Good luck and hope this helps you out.
