I tried giving it to warranty but none issues wwere found so they didnot help me?

    Check that the UEFI firmware of your Nitro V15 ANV15-51 is updated with the latest available version (1.21 or above):

    In this case, I suggest you try updating the Intel graphics controller driver with the latest version available:

    Intel® Arc™ & Iris® Xe Graphics - Windows*

    Alternatively, if you are using Windows 11 24H2. Try downgrading to version 23H2.

    If none of the above solutions work for you and black screen problem persists, please contact Acer Support to request a repair (RMA) of your laptop:

    Unfortunately, the Nitro V15 ANV15-51 is very problematic and has a high incidence of RMA. Due to a chronic motherboard defect.
